Mike Taylor and Martin Fayers are the Centre Directors for the Yang ChengFu Centre Cambridge (UK).
After studying Shotokai Karate in his early adult years, Mike began his studies in Yang style Tai Chi Chuan with a local group in March 1998, before meeting and studying with Therese Mei Mei Teo, Grandmaster Yang Zhen Duo and Grandmaster Yang Jun. After attending a number of Grandmaster Yang Jun's seminars throughout Europe and receiving personal tuition and guidance from Mei Mei, Mike began teaching the full Yang family Traditional Tai Chi Chuan curriculum (103 Hand form, Sword form, Sabre form & Push Hands) in 2005.
Mike is a full instructor member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain (TCUGB) and the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts (BCCMA). Mike qualified as a "Tui Na" massage therapist in 2003. In his spare time Mike enjoys spending time with his family, going to the cinema and watching many other sporting events, particularly Soccer.
