My name is Zhengmei Hao. I currently live in Sunnyvale, California. I graduated from Beijing Medical University. I am an IT engineer at Stanford Health Care.

I have been practicing Tai Chi over 13 years. At the beginning of my Tai Chi journey, I learned Chen Style and Standard Competition Tai Chi Quan and Sword. In 2015, I attended GM Yang Jun’s Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan seminar, and was very impressed by his teaching. I have been following him since then and making steady progress in Tai Chi practice.

I began teaching Traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan since May 2021. There’re three students passed Copper Eagle ranking exam. The class is on Saturdays year-round except on big holidays.
