Is this man Yang Chengfu

The link below is on a website in New Zealand that claims that the gentleman on the left in the black and white photo is Yang Chengfu.

To me, it doesn't look like him at all. Can anyone confirm this?

Probably not Yang Chengfu. Face doesn't look like him and the build also does not match.
