Florence, together with Kea Suon, established the Okinawa Shaolin Association in 1991 where she taught yoga, tai chi and qigong dnd managed the association.

In 2000, with advertising by Nelly and Andre Leray, Florence began studying Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan with with Grand Master Yang Zhenduo and Master Yang Jun. 

She had the pleasure of participating in various events of the Yang family in China:

In 2002, to mark the 20th anniversary of the Yang Family Tai Chi Association, Kea went to Taiyuan.
In 2005, Florence and Kea had participated in the 80th anniversary of Grand Master Yang Zhenduo.
