We've been working on the 16 Posture Form around here lately.
Anyone else working on this form?
I truly like it. It's a tad more complex than the 13 Posture Form but can still be done in about the same amount of space.
Pretty cool form for when you don't have the time or space to do the long form. I have a stairwell at my work place (new job, funny how I'm still practicing in stair wells) that seems tailor made for short forms, so it's particularly handy for me.
I like having two short forms to do now, because it gives me a chance to change things up from time to time.
