I see the schedule elsewhere at this site of the various seminars that are being offered this year. The question I have, is where does one obtain more information about the seminars (e.g., tuition, daily schedules, specific location, possible accomdations in the area, etc.) and who does one contact to sign up for a particular seminar?

Under Association click Centers.
In the USA you will find the Email of Center Directors. Write to them (whichever you are interested in attending).
Michigan and Texas Centers have the information posted in their own home pages. Texas is :www.sataichi.com
Michigan is:
communities.msn.com/Michigancenter
Under Centers click the link for the home page of the Center's Homepage and you will be directed there. You will find specific info about that city seminar and you can copy the registration form from there.

OK I have put some hyperlinks in the seminar page, so that if you click San Antonio, for example, you should be able to see the detailed info for that seminar.
