TIRELLI Nino began his martial walk in 1993 under the guidance of Master RIOLO for HUNG GAR Style, Master MINGARINI for TAIJIQUAN YANG Style and Master IOVINE for WING CHUN Style.
He studied also TANG LANG Style and SHAOLIN Style from 1993 to 1997.
Then, his personal growth in WUSHU KUNG FU has been following three different parallel paths in the HUNG GAR style, in the CHEN style and in the YANG style of TAIJIQUAN.
Since 1993, he always followed, concerning the HUNG GAR style, the teachings of Master RIOLO, who represents in Italy the Grandmaster CHEUNG YEE KEUNG. After his career as a student and then as an Instructor, in 2000 Nino was commissioned to open a traditional HUNG GAR school in Velletri. In 2019 he achieved the title of “Master of HUNG GAR Style”.
In the CHEN style of TAIJIQUAN, since 2008 he followed the teachings of Master SIDOTI, one of the Grandmaster WANG XIAN’s disciples. In 2012 Nino went to CHENGJIA GOU to study “directly from the source” with the Grandmaster WANG XIAN. In 2019 he was awarded the title of “Master of CHEN Style TAIJIQUAN”.
In the YANG style of TAIJIQUAN, he has been following the teaching of Master MINGARINI from 1993 to 1997 and from 2011 to today, attending the Basic and Intermediate courses of the IYFTCCA Teaching Academy. He took the exams in 2013 for the 1st level IYFTCCA, in 2015 for the 2nd level and in 2017 for the 3rd level. He attended several stages of the Grandmaster YANG JUN and from 2014 he attended all the international stages for instructors, in Italy. In 2015, on the occasion of the stage in Velletri (Rome), he was honored to host the Grandmaster YANG JUN in the “La Tigre e l’Acqua” school for TUI SHOU lessons.
From 2000 to 2012 he directed the traditional KUNG FU School which in 2012 would have become “La Tigre e l’Acqua”, directed with the collaboration of the President, MASI Serena.
“I think that every martial path is full of important experiences, both on a technical and martial level, both in terms of physical well-being and spiritual enrichments. With humility, I am still trying to understand today how to unify the effects of each different system, preserving however the different features and aspects of each style. “
