Tai chi is a complex martial art that teach us not only the correct body mechanic and movements but a martial art whit a lot of application.  On 6 lessons I will focus on the connection on the 10 Principles, 8 energies and 5 steps in different movements of the form and how we can use them on the applications and self-defense.

1972 born in Sofia. 1982 started martial arts: Karate, Taekwondo and then Shaolin, Changquan, Tai Chi, Wing Tsun. 1991 Became teacher of martial arts at the State University of Plovdiv, only one in Europe. 1991, 1992 and 1993 became national champion in Tai Chi. 1996 Part of the European WingTsun Organisation and now he is the National Trainer, Master and Sifu of WingTsun in Bulgaria. 2004 He is the first member from Bulgaria of the Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan Association. 2010, 2011, 2012, 2015 co-organizer of the first seminars of Grandmaster Yang Jun in Bulgaria. 2010 In front of Grandmaster Yang Jun he defends second level and he became the first Bulgarian whit official Yang Tai Chi degree. 2012, 2015, 2016 and 2017 was in China for seminars with GM Yang Jun and became 3th rank in Kunming, China. 2018 Bronze medalist of the 2nd World Tai Chi Championships. 2019 First Bulgarian with 4th level after Italy first Yang Tai Chi Championship.
