Products may be returned within 30 days; purchaser is responsible for shipping and packaging. DVDs must be returned unopened in the original sealed packaging, or else can only be exchanged for an identical item.
Shipments are typically processed within a couple days of receipt of order, and are shipped via US Postal Service unless otherwise requested.
